MakerKing 0.13.19 modernizes important UI and fixes several crashes

Version 0.13.19

Redesigned the racing menu to be more compact and moved complete race result information in a new the finish menu page
Redesigned several pages of the finish menu and added many animations to visualize progress and achievements
Now using icons to help visualize XP categories better and allow collapsing of XP information in account menu
Removed level published status icon on top of level thumbnails in level browser for levels of other players to reduce amount of information

Fixed crash related to typing in chat
Fixed crash when placing portals and dragging the mouse very fast
Fixed bug that would overlap objects incorrectly when dragging mouse out of screen
Fixed crash when using instrument block after changing graphical settings
Fixed crash happening when terms of service fail to load
Fixed crash when pressing test level button / hotkey in editor multiple times while it's loading
Fixed finish menu hiding all notifications instead of only notifications shown in menu
