MakerKing 0.13.18 is out! Bug fixes and complete Chinese translation

Version 0.13.18

Improvements :

• Updated translations, now Mandarin is 100% translated. Huge thanks to the translator volunteers!

Bug fixes :

• Steam related initialization errors no longer are displayed in the unexpected crash menu, instead has a customized message with simple instructions
• Fixed possible game crash when typing in chat
• Fixed finish menu getting stuck on an invalid page
• Fixed memory leak with instrument block in play mode
• Player typing visual no longer shown when player is typing a command
• Fixed level browser staying stuck in "author mode search" while the author field is shown empty
• Fixed the top GUI requiring mouse movement to show when finish menu is open
