1) Removed bare hand and its requirement for spell casting
2) Added mouse scroll wheel selection of weapons that are in the weaponbar (F1 to F3 keys)
3) Added two Collegium Magicae spells - armour and strength
4) Some fixes to portal instances where experience loss by death and sometimes exp gains were not applied
5) Adjusted enhanced versions of mage spells so the enhanced version cannot be weaker than its non-enhanced version
6) Added a second skillbar that uses F4 to F12 keys
