1) Added Potion - Follower Endurance (restores follower/pet endurance when consumed)
2) Added Collegium Magicae spells - enhanced (novice tier) and superior (master tier) versions of fireball and lightning bolt
3) Added Potions - Follower extra and critical healing/endurance
4) Added craft recipes for all the new follower potions, and added them to various shops
5) Added a Recall to Bindpoint magical item
6) Added guild level and tier information to the character screen
