1) Fixed surface walking sounds.
2) Monster spawns on surface. We decided to check, is it better to spawn monsters not only in caves, and we added some spawners on surface. We will balance it in future.
3) Added new receipts for metal furnace and crusher
4) Small survival params rebalance
