Update Notes August 13th

- Scrolling artbook shelves in Gallery will now be locked to the end of the current list when new shelf is loaded
- Added new dialogue to guide when no suitable lobbies were found in lobby list
- Fixed an issue that Steam achievements would sometimes not be granted if you already owned the character
- Fixed user word input when Twitch was connected
- Some optimisations and improvements for reconnection process
- Various UI optimisations
