IMPROVEMENTS
-Output Device setting is back.
-Mixer: Sequences with a single clip don't drop it when Repeat is on, this way it can start to repeat faster instead of loading the whole clip again.
FIXES
-Mixer: When a slot is playing and it's removed, volume is turned up to max before stopping.
