- Added Help option to the in-game menu, shows the most common controls and camera help
- Fixed getting a 1-star Time Trials result after a 0-star result was not always unlocking new events (since v0.97.2)
- Fixed event completion levels in Time Trials for 0-star results (was 0..50% when it was supposed to be 0..25%, root cause for the issue above)
- Old 0-star Time Trials results may still have invalid rank in Global Leaderboards (they will get updated once the result is improved)
- Level downloading from Steam now times out earlier (helps if download queued, in that case downloading the track from the host instead)
- More colors in /who, also added option /who /levels to show the numerical rank levels (not in dedicated servers yet until server update)
- Miscellaneous other minor fixes and improvements
