Reality Break v1.2.0.11 build 1094 is now live!
Dev Notes
We have been investigating the reported memory leaks that have cropped up over the past few months. We reduced memory growth caused by a Unity engine bug, as well as a few Reality Break bugs, by over 99%. In our automated multi-hour soak tests as well as hours of manual playtesting, memory remained steady after initially increasing for necessary gameplay assets.
This is a huge relief for us, as we hope it will be for many of our players, but we are also aware of a handful of performance reports that don't seem to fit the profile of this issue. For anyone who still experiences unexpected performance problems after this hotfix, we invite you to follow our thread about opt-in performance testing, where we will be launching a special build for tracking down additional issues.
Happy Breaking!

Reduced memory growth over time:
Upgraded Reality Break project to a later version of Unity 6.3 that addressed a UI event engine memory leak which occurred any time you changed maps. This reduced memory growth by 95%.
Fixed an Augment UI pooling leak that accumulated every map change, further reducing memory growth by 80%.
Fixed some additional object retention bugs with auto-destroyed asteroid fragments, extraneous Station 6 prespawned entities, and enemy ship engine audio tweens. These issues had a minimal impact on memory growth, but they were good to fix up.
