Windows build updated to be in sync with SteamOS.

Changelog:

  • Make a new windows build , sync to latest code

  • Update texts to not reference the mouse on the SteamDeck

  • Take into accound Mssa, Ligth quality settings , it was set to max previously

  • Code improvments that have no effect on gameplay
