Hi Explorers! A quick update on some new things for you!
Moderation Tools coming soon!
First of all, we've been listening to you across the forums and community comes first, so we've changed the roadmap slightly to introduce Moderation Tools as soon as possible.
What does this mean for the roadmap? Well, we will be shifting Customization into Update 3, and bringing you Moderation Tools in Update 2 (the next update). The updated version of the roadmap can be found on the store page.
We've published a Code of Conduct because community health is super important to us. The Code of Conduct applies to public lobbies only. Please have a read through, because even if you claim you have not read it, you will still be subject to it.
Code of Conduct
As part of the Dread Hunger Community, I will:
STRIVE TOWARDS MY DESTINY
I will aspire to reach my given objective best that I can - as a Thrall or an Explorer. I acknowledge that going against my allocated mission is not constructive to the integrity of the game nor the enjoyment of my fellow crew members.
RESPECT MY FELLOW CREW MEMBERS
I will treat my crew members with respect. I will encourage everyone to do their best. I know that without this, the expedition is already compromised.
BE READY ON THE LINE
I will help my crew members. If I see any misconduct. I will use the tools provided to report it so that the expedition thrives. I will not abuse this privilege.
REMAIN VIGILANT
I will keep myself safe. I will be responsible for my account, devices, and personal information.
Violation of Code of Conduct
Depending on the situation, you may receive a:
- Mute. You will be muted in all public games for a temporary amount of time.
- Temporary ban. You will lose access to public games for a temporary amount of time.
- Permanent ban. You will lose access to all online features and systems permanently (including alternate accounts).
We give you this time away in the hopes that you use it to reflect and learn from it. However, if a first offence involves sexual harassment, you will receive a permanent ban from all public games.
Keep in mind that this list is non-exhaustive. We reserve the right to enforce this Code of Conduct and take disciplinary action at our own discretion. Ban evasion is not tolerated.
We really appreciate all your support and we hope you've been enjoying Update One! Can't wait to share more upcoming things with you!
