Patch notes:
- Fixed a bug that could prevent gaining ultimate achievement Paladin!
- Fixed a bug that would set all audio mixers to zero upon first visit to Options
- Fixed a bug that on some rare occasions could cause collision between several GUI elements, resulting in a state that required game restart
