Intro should run better, the normal game should run better, and 173 shouldn't be able to randomly kill you through closed doors anymore

-Made index knuckles controllers not use joystick click but instead joystick movement.
-Made vive controllers have toggle grab instead of hold to grab.

-made 106 chase for 30 seconds instead of 100
