Fixed the mid-race standing positions bug, and another cause for the rare no-wing respawn bug.

  • Fixed: standings positions incorrect from after the first lap until before the final standings
  • Fixed: item selection weights sometimes incorrect (e.g. leader picking up straggler items)
  • Fixed another rare cause for respawning without wings
