I have made by your requests:
+ Plus 10 FPS (Light optimization)
+ Plus 10 FPS (if you off in the settings menu: Reflection probes, Nature and FX)
+ Light in the all rooms can be manipulated in real time. The more lighting is off, the more FPS.
I have 220 FPS when:
Turn off full screen
Turn screen size to 1920x1080
Turn off Reflection probes, Nature and FX
Turn off light in all rooms.
Now game loading is not in full screen mode by default, with 1920x1080 resolution.
