When launching the Steam Remote Play feature for Pummel Paladins through Steam Friends List, some players may encounter a scenario that the screen itself is being splitted into two sections with garbled visuals. This is a known bug that has been discovered that's not on our end, likely Steam's. The same problem is observed to occur across all other Steam Remote Play enabled games like Human: Fall Flat.
However, we have figured out a method that has fixed the same issue on multiple devices:
-
1. Return to Steam Library Main Menu, click on Steam on the top left corner.
2. Go to Settings, then Remote Play
3. Open Advanced Client Options
4. Check off Enable hardware decoding
We hope this method has resolved the issue so that you can start enjoying the game across multiple devices with friends! If you are still experiencing the same or similar issue, we are sorry and please reach to us or the Steam Team!
Best,
Xiaocong Yan
