Small update to 1.19

-Fixes soft lock at the Dark Antenna with the destroyed blocks
-Fixed conveyor platforms so that they disappear and reappear, so you don't have to wait an eternity for them to reappear.
-Updated Localization files. (Except there are none, lol tf2.)
