-Fixed issues with not being able to get narrative while looking at Rooter
-Fixed issues with picking up Rooter in toolbox mode in certain scenes
-Fixed issues with whistling at Rooter in certain scenes
-Fixed issues with taking Rooters head in certain scenes
-Fixed issues mentioned involving the Garage/Weldon and soft lock possibilities
-Fixed issues mentioned involving the exit button for the phonograph in Garage
-Fixed issues with the mule being in the wrong place in the Crane Pit scene
-Fixed issue mentioned involving a possible soft lock at the TGFA elevator
