Strangeland SUPER PATCH [Hopefully]

-Added config tools for all OSES [Mac/Linux/Steamdeck]
-Compacted all translations into the same build.
-Moved Strangeland into a newer version of the engine.

Savegames won't break, because they can't be broken.
