It may look like that after our unsuccessful Kicktarter campaign we canceled the development of the project. But it's not true - work is in process and very soon Noch will be in Early Access. Yes, the deadlines delayed, but since we finance Noch development ourselves, we have to find an opportunities to spin somehow and earn money with blood and sweat, and with it (blood and sweat), no matter what, to do location by location, chapter by chapter etc
