14 July Update - New Gems!!

Main Changes:

1. The gems on the board are new and different from one another.
2. Gem Frenzy intro animation added; inspired by Dreamcast-era games.
3. First game check - turns off research and mining for your first game (if you want).
4. Major notification panel - UI animation when major things happen, i.e. a tower is destroyed.
5. Next closest gem info - In Gem Frenzy, your Lazarr Gun now shows the gem closest to completion.
