1.12 - I'm tired, boss

After some consideration, I decided to remove the darkbank cap. Fun 1st, capitalism 2nd.

1.12 changelog:
- Fixed Save button not reacting while exiting the game
- Removed Darkbank cap, lowered interest rates slightly
