“No Role Modelz” by J. Cole and “Days Ahead, Days Behind” by Some Lover will be available in FUSER later this week!
“No Role Modelz” by J. Cole hails from his third studio album, 2014 Forest Hills Drive. “No Role Modelz” earned J. Cole 6x Platinum RIAA Certification. The album itself went 3x Platinum—an impressive feat considering there are no featured artists sharing the mic on the album. The LP occupied the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 200, US Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, and UK R&B Albums. “No Role Modelz” entered the Billboard Top 40 as a single, becoming the fourth track from J. Cole to do so. This track contains an effective drum beat, a wide range of musical textures, excellent lyrical delivery from J. Cole, and impactful background vocals peppered throughout. It’s a powerful track sure to add a punch to your FUSER mixes.
“Days Ahead, Days Behind” by Some Lover brings soothing Country sounds to the FUSER Festival FREE of charge! The drum disc offers a soft shuffle that lays a strong foundation for the track. The lead instrument disc is an acoustic piano. It’s the star of the loop, with spacy sounds that make way for the finger-picked acoustic guitar. The dreamy slide guitar on the track perfectly sits atop this impressive nod to the musical contributions of Country music and an excellent addition to your Crate.
“No Role Modelz” by J. Cole will be available for $1.99 (USD or regional equivalent), and “Days Ahead, Days Behind” by Some Lover is FREE to add to your Crate.
