Fixed bugs in some side missions, Small Performance improvements, added higher betting limits on Roulette, Added lights on drivable cars, Fixed Graffiti Tags Reward; should now play cutscene on completion and reward in safehouse, Fixed a bug where you couldn't enter the Country Safehouse, Disabled player input while paused ( in testing ).
