Notes:
- Reduced the value of all offspring (they were worth way too much).
- Plots of land now need to be purchased (I didn't want to lock down any current ranches, so this only takes affect when starting a new game or playing for the first time).
- Increased the base size of all newly purchased animals (some babies were almost impossible to see).
