Vendor Improvement
For good economy and skill use, vendors now trade by default at half an items value.
However, this ratio can be increased by two ancillary skills, Lore and Subcontracting.
These skills make up the missing half of item value during the trade, at 25% each.
So if you reach 100 in both skills will trade at a 1:1 ratio, 100 in 1 would be 75%, and no skill in either would be 50% which is default. This formula applies to all items except for coins which will always trade for 100% of their value. (You can mint your own coins btw)
Example:
sellValue = actualValue / 2 + skillmodifier * .25
