YoloMouse 1.21.0

This one is mostly performance, polish, and fixes. Some new items include mouse sensitivity control and cursor upscaler control to allow retaining pixel art style 👾

Some reported cursors sometimes disappearing when ALT TABing for certain anticheat games. I couldn't reproduce this but made a few tweaks that may fix the issue. If you still see this happening (or a placeholder cursor showing), please let me know if you were using any non-default settings (like passive mode), how often the problem occurs, which game, and if it clears up from ALT TABing again or by other means.
