Picking one of the three gods as your starting religions & Madam Baba Gadush's difficulty choices.
As you start the game you will have 3 door choices each representing one of the three gods, one for money, one for offense & and final for the defense.
Each door option will offer you further 3 options to pick as your starting bonus.
Madam Baba Gadush is offering you to either remain in the default difficulty or go with harder setting which makes enemies have a stronger damage and bigger health, but you're also gaining much more gold from the battles.
