v.2.7.1 (June 17, 2026)
Added: Simplified Chinese (中文-简体) to the HowTo documentation! Thank you Dazzle.Rase14 for the translation!
Added: Option for floor/ceil the prefab brush position instead of rounding. There is now a dropdown menu at bottom of Scene panel to choose the rounding option.
Added: "Orient Block tool relative to Edges" option in Edit > Settings > Draw Mode. The Block tool will now default to keeping its orientation consistent unless this option is enabled, which would orient it relative the nearest edge (the way it originally worked).
Added: "Emissive Intensity" parameter to the tileset material settings.
Added: "Display UV Coord Inputs" option in Edit > Settings > Tilesets. This will display extra inputs in the Tileset panel, allowing you to type in specific coordinates and size of the tile selection.
Added: "Anti-Alias" option in the Edit > Settings. Will make edges and details look smoother.
Added: "Select Edges between selected Vertices" context-menu action and customizable keybinding/pin.
Added: "Insert new Entities & Objects here" option when right-clicking a layer in the Scene panel. This will designate the layer as the container for any newly created objects, entities, and other layers. Useful if you need to create a bunch of objects and need them placed into a specific layer.
Added: "Move selected (3d) Entities & Objects here" option when right-clicking a layer in the Scene panel. Moves any entities/objects(their prefabs) that are selected in the 3d viewport to the layer.
Added: "Prompt for Object name when creating" option in Edit > Settings > Scene. If this option is enabled, it will ask for a name first when creating an Object from a group of selected tiles.
Improved: Billboard snapping Mode option is now it's own setting, so that it can now work without snapping as well.
Improved: When editing weights of tiles in a tile palette, it will display list of current weights used as well as set the default input to the weight if there is only one weight value.
Improved: When renaming an item in the Scene panel, it should now automatically select all the text.
Fixed: Selected text within an input couldn't be unselected with a click.
Fixed: Extruding faces would create unnecessary tiles in some cases (usually when tiles had been mirrored).
Fixed: Resizing UVs with the handles and then undoing it would still show the resize handles at the previous positions when resizing again.
