Patch v0.3.1.4

- Fixed hitting Esc while crafting menu is open not fully aborting crafting
- Fixed textures flashing when moving up/down while in full screen
- Removed player character chasing after fleeing enemies when they're no longer in range to hit
- Fixed making a building checking for existing stuff in the top row of the building
- Made the scroll arrows clickable for scrolling menus
