Patch v0.3.0.0

- Fixed being unable to craft steel items
- Fixed ambient sound not pausing when game loses focus
- Fixed sound effects not using set volume
- Fixed a bug causing the music to sometimes not play
- Fixed new buildings not using zoom level
- Added the ending to the game
