Patch v0.2.4.5

- Fixed a game crashing bug with NPCs trying to attack a character that's no longer there
- Fixed dungeon rooms overlapping
- Fixed stairs in dungeon being at the edge of a room
- Fixed animals leaving the map not being disposed of
