Ahoy, mateys!
Tomorrow I'm going for a vacation, so I really wanted to put out once last update before that. After reading your feedback on the movement system, I decided to add a new stamina and dodge system. You can press the sprint button for a short moment to dodge in the direction of movement. You are invulnerable while dodging.
A new stamina bar has also been added

This also means that running now costs stamina instead of reserving life
Two new maps have also been added:
- The Boulder Cave: A short map after the Uncharted Tunnels, intended to teach the player how to sprint
- The Magma Chambers
Other changes:
- Added UI button to toggle ship control mode (same as H key)

- Added respawning items to some boss fights
- Certain items can now give maximum stamina
- Rum and Tonic now also gives stamina
- Sprint melee attack now spawns larger and orange sparks
- Higher level units now have slightly less health
- Elemental damage limit is now 10 instead of 5
- Talisman of Luck now gives +25% max health instead of 50 hit points
- Reloading when standing and moving now has the same speed
- Perfect reload combos now always give the same reload boost
- Made perfect reloads slightly easier
- Melee attacks of giants and some animals can be avoided - attacks have a 120 degree cone effect
- Gourd speed penalty is now zero
- Changed rarity of certain runes
- Made the Forbidden Cliffs map easier
- Changed enemy placement on the Sober Shore
- Added birth sound to Ice Rascal
- Added custom death sound to Ice Rascal
- Default and recommended button for dodge/sprint is now Spacebar
- Fixed: tooltip weapon icons could be visible on map start even when tooltips were hidden
- Fixed: Ice Rascals can no longer have charred corpses
- Fixed: after a charged shot, the charge bar would look like the weapon's reload bar for a split second
- Fixed: reload bar fade in/out is now framerate-independent
- Fixed: beacon animation is now framerate-independent
- Fixed: trigger bug on the Forbidden Cliffs map
That's all for now. As always, feedback is appreciated. I'll take a look at it as soon as I'm back from No Man's Land. Until then, keep sailing!
