-Improved the Blue Crystal Sickle to have a alternate attack which will only harvest plants in a narrow fov and only damage plants
-Updated Wood Sign setup so it will correctly attach to Floating Docks when placed
-Update to Flower Seeds Crop, Water Plant Crop, Coral Mushroom Crop, and the Fire Flower Crop so they attach to docks correctly when put in a planter
