This update finishes the additions for the new Fire Cliffs biome.
It adds Fire Arrows, more floor variants, improved camera logic, and some bug fixes.
If you throw Pig Poop, it will create a gas cloud on impact which will explode if caught on fire.

-Added Tile Floor Red and Tile Floor Black.
-Setup Pig Poop to turn into a gas cloud when thrown, which can then explode if it catches on fire.
-Setup Fire Arrow item so it can now be built.
-Improve Ferry bubbles.
-Updated Recycle bench to not give the extra resource back from arrows.
-Improved Camera Blending logic to "tighten" it more when blending is turned down.
