Added help about Ishigaki (stone wall).
Modified description of key operation help.
Corrected "Month" to "Round".
The effect values of attack skill 1 and defense skill 1 are now displayed.
Enemy weakening skill effect value is now displayed.
Fixed the effect of enemy weakening technology not being implemented properly.
Fixed a defect in the processing that made the enemy attack the building that attacked the enemy.
Disabled the operation with the joystick that was made.
