To start off with a personal anecdote, this morning I stepped on my little toe and likely broke it. This is the level of intelligence and agility I'm operating at, so don't be surprised when something breaks in the game too. ːlunar2019piginablanketː
On a less painful note, latest update includes new, longer and much more exciting track by Chris Wickham, so definitely give it a listen!
Major Things
- Brand new soundtrack!
- Added volume controls
- New card interactions, which I won't spoil here (can see them on my Twitter)
- Two new achievements
- Game over rhyme
Balance
What kind of update this would be if I wouldn't continue messing with the balance?
- Increased enemy level up rate for low-tier mobs
- Scaled up elite enemies spawning late game
- Slightly lowered max item count on board
- Moved certain stronger cards to the later shop pool
- Fixed the bug where upgrade prices wouldn't be properly calculated
Other Things
- Mind Control isn't wasted on bosses anymore
- Mind Control should load properly from the saved game
- Accident Protection takes stunned enemies in consideration now
- Fixed a bug where stunning enemies would make them stuck in targeting state
- Howler cleaver won't connect with hidden moles anymore
- Bulls won't get stunned if they didn't move during the attack
- Clarified the note about "Shift" inspection requiring arrow presses
- Tweaked volumes of multiple sound effects
- Empty stats on game over are now hidden
- Added a game over message about available characters
- Sorted character list by their unlock requirement
- Fixed a bug where weapon particles would appear over menus
