We’re ready to reveal our next DLC for VoidTrain, Big Catch, coming this October!
Turns out, you don’t need water to go fishing. Big Catch adds a new fishing mechanic that lets you cast a line right from your train and reel in different species living in the Void. Use familiar resources as bait, upgrade your rod and reel, and earn Scales with every catch.
Spend your Scales on fishing upgrades and new train decor, including a new theme for walls and cabins and several new interior items. Once you’ve unlocked everything, any Scales left over can be spent on Reward Bags containing extra resources.
Traveling with friends? The leaderboard will show who really knows their way around a fishing rod and who’s still telling stories about the one that got away.
Great news for players who purchased the game on the Epic Games Store as well: the new DLC and all previously released expansions will be coming there too.
