Fix implemented for apps still in an unstable state after encountering the caching bug
Neutral Inactivity Behaviour (Neutral Bot) games temporarily disabled from being created. Attempting to create a Neutral Bot game will display "Unable to create game. Error 42" until this feature is turned back on.
A follow up patch is planned for next week to allow Neutral Bot games to be created once again. Thanks for your continued patience and understanding as we work through this issue.
