Hey Builders!
It’s time to expand your construction empire across the ocean. We are absolutely thrilled to officially announce the upcoming American Houses DLC for Builder Simulator!
Get ready to leave European masonry behind and master the art of building classic American suburban homes from scratch.
Living the American Dream
This expansion allows you to construct and design neighborhoods straight out of your favorite Hollywood movies, featuring spacious open-plan layouts, multi-car attached garages, and wide front lawns. The American Dream focuses entirely on the unique aesthetics of suburban residences - ranging from modest bungalows and houses inspired by classic farmhouses, to massive estates complete with multiple bathrooms and dedicated walk-in closets.
To capture that unmistakable neighborhood charm, you’ll be customizing your projects with classic wooden siding, asphalt shingle roofs, and iconic, welcoming wraparound porches.
Authentic Building Techniques & New Items
American homes are built differently, and you’re going to experience this firsthand. Say goodbye to heavy brickwork and learn to master lightweight timber frames, erect stud walls, and install drywall with absolute precision.
Once the structure is ready, you can dive into a completely fresh catalog of interior furnishings. Arrange your projects perfectly with massive kitchen islands, classic American appliances, and ultra-cozy living room sets to create spaces that look ready for their first owners.
Sneak Peek: A New Companion Awaits
Before we wrap things up, we have a quick teaser for you. While our beloved base-game robot companion, Bill Derr, is still hanging around, he won't be managing the construction sites on this American adventure.
To help you tackle these massive builds and guide you through the intricacies of US construction, a brand-new helper is joining the crew - meet Dee Elsie!
We will be revealing more details about Dee Elsie very soon. Make sure to keep a close eye on our upcoming devlogs, as we’ll be dropping fresh updates much more frequently from now on!
🏗️ Join the Construction Crew on Discord!
While we're busy laying the foundations for this new DLC, we’d love for you to drop by our official Discord server! It’s the perfect site to discuss the upcoming American expansion, share your architectural blueprints, and hang out with our amazing community of builders.
