Citadel of Tempest optimizations:
1) Force channel supports sending coordinates directly.
2) When a fleet jumps to the battlefield area, it will automatically join the battle.
3) After the event ends, the Force channel will announce the winning Force information.
4) Removed Shop token from the Personal Damage Rank and replaced it with other rewards in exchange shop.
5) Collection mission targets reduced by 50% during Strategy Stage.
6) The on-the-hour refreshed Thunder Scavengers in the Strategy Stage are adjusted from appearing in all purple systems to rotating appears in 4 systems each time, and the Thunder Scavenger Elimination Rewards are increased.
7) The jump CD between the Tempest map and the Renney Sector is adjusted to 15 minutes.
8 ) The buff provided by various solar systems will be reduced by 50% during the Strategy Stage and Engagement Stage
