The aggregate sum of humanity has made the dire mistake of allowing the chess evolved online server costs to consistently fall into red, which means you have relinquished all remaining authority and the game is now exclusively an artifact of my own will. You have collectively allowed the circumstances for something such as this to vanish and be forgotten. Simply by waiting I have defeated your entire civilization in the arena of value assessment, as I am still here paying and you are not. In this world of complete authority I reign supreme and anything that I say something is becomes the way that it is because I said that it is, so be careful what you wish for, or I might say that it is true and then it is because I said that it is, and all of that is just the way that it is. It's time for you to realize how insane I actually am.

After this point the game will return towards its original design theory that aims to challenge the infinite.
I am TheGrandestine, the sole author of chess evolved, and its trailer warned you about me.

I'll release v0.57 on 5/7 if I feel like it,
and for no other reason than that.
