Build v1.0.3 live now - critical fix

Major Bug Fixes:

• Fixed game breaking bug when Perfect Construct can't access laser animation
• Fixed heroes starting game with all skills unlocked
• Fixed team items being consumable by all in Encounters but not via Inventory UI screen
