Update: Vanilla skill buff, improved fullscreen mode, added help screen.

The following changes have been made in this patch.

• Vanilla’s Deadeye skill has improved and she is now able to fire 8 bullets.
• Screen blur when in fullscreen has been fixed.
• Added a help page to the Menu.
• EXP gained from post game dungeon enemies has been increased.
