Changes
- Improved collisions for Blitz mode when multiple balls are on the tee.
- Balls can now always be moved when on the tee, even if it is not the player's first stroke (i.e. they reset to the tee.)
- Improved in-bounds area of "Isle of Dreams" hole 18.

- Skip hole popup not going away like it should.
