So, let’s take a look at update 12042026

Hello everyone! I’ve been a bit under the weather lately (for almost a month, actually), so this update isn’t as massive as I originally planned. HOWEVER, it still includes several important and even global changes that significantly affect gameplay.

One of the major global changes is a complete overhaul of engagement range logic for all APCs and IFVs. From now on, they will begin firing at a distance of around 2 kilometers. This is roughly 250-500 meters farther than the engagement range of main battle tanks, allowing these vehicles to be more effective on the battlefield while compensating for their comparatively weaker armor and survivability.

Another significant improvement comes in the form of a reworked repair vehicle system. Repair units have been upgraded and now allow players to restore destroyed helicopters, opening up new tactical possibilities and giving more value to recovery and support roles during prolonged engagements.

In addition, all helicopter-mounted cannons have been carefully rebalanced in terms of damage output. This change aims to improve overall combat balance and make helicopter engagements feel more consistent and impactful.

The unit “Nova” has received a mobility enhancement, with an increased jump height, allowing for better maneuverability and new tactical options in certain scenarios.

We’ve also fixed issues related to main menu background variants. Specifically, the “Dark” theme and the destroyed city scene now properly respond to in-game graphics settings, ensuring a smoother and more consistent user experience.

As for new content, we’re introducing a brand-new unit: the “Arkan” armored vehicle. This is a heavy reconnaissance vehicle designed for frontline scouting. It also features a functional vehicle lighting system, adding an extra layer of visual realism.

Another new addition is the “Monolith” AEW aircraft (Airborne Early Warning), inspired by a replica of the Il-86 platform. This unit is designed to enhance battlefield awareness and provide strategic advantages through improved detection capabilities.
