New free roam area, keyboard support, new retro filter, and tweaks to vehicle handling!

A toggle in settings was added for a new "progressive" tire model. Grip to drift transition is now smoother to resemble a more natural feel. Players can still revert to the old grip model labeled as "arcade" in settings.

The point system has been adjusted. This was done to lower the point accumulation threshold so tracks are easier to unlock for beginners. However, the potential for greater highscore runs is now possible for advanced players.

Minor bug fix for filters

New filter available under the "retro filter" drop down in settings. Also added a drop down in settings to change the handling model for vehicles. Toggle between "hardcore" and "arcade". With "hardcore" having more responsive inputs, and "arcade" being the original handling feel.

Hidden menu to change handling. Beta testing physics changes. Hold upshift and ebrake button for 5 seconds and use shuffle music button to toggle profiles
