Small bug fixed detected on adjust sound. Now it's fixed! Please feedback if users experience any bugs!

Fixed Font sizes on title screen and text from adjust sound too now it's not clipped! Thanks to curator!
Added an end if you complete the requirements, fix some texts and now you can scale the window for all resolutions. Enjoy! This is the update 1.3 for Solaris - Arcade Edition
Added an option to adjust sounds, now you can increase and decrease volume for Game Sounds (OST) and Game Effects (Sounds) and pause game when pressed "ESC". I also redraw a new robot to third stage. Changed developer screen to actually in use with logo with different colours and
