Fixed an issue where on-foot statuses didn't properly update for everyone but the host and fixed an issue where status would never update for newly joined players.
This hotfix fixes an issue with approaching trains' route request not always resulting in dispatcher being notified.
This hotfix only fixes npc issues, specifically sitting npcs never exiting the train and npcs entering trains at the end of their timetable.
