- Author of a package is now stored within the package (both name, and SteamID)

Known Issues:
- Sequencer remains in-operable as a "proof of concept"
- Audio FFT and Waveform textures are not perfect and will likely change
- GL_NEAREST texture scaling is applied to the 'root' render target, causing a pixelated effect when in editor mode and resized previews. This will likely become a setting in future.
